JAWS Power Tip: How To Describe Shared Content in Zoom with Picture Smart AI in JAWS

In a Zoom meeting or webinar, content shared by a presenter is displayed as an image on the screen, and cannot be read by JAWS.
You can now access this content with the JAWS feature Picture Smart AI, which will provide a description of the screen or window being shared.
To do this:
1.) Place focus in the Zoom meeting or webinar window where another presenter's screen is being shared.
2.) Press INSERT+SPACEBAR, followed by P to activate the Picture Smart AI layer.
3.) Press W for a description of the window or S for a description of the screen.
4.) Picture Smart AI will provide a brief description of the content and application being shared. This can include PowerPoint slides, images, charts, diagrams, or document text.
5.) Activate the Get More Details link for a more detailed description or Ask Questions about this image link to ask questions about the content.
6.) The descriptions are displayed in the JAWS Results Viewer window and can be copied and pasted in a document.
7.) Press ESC to close the JAWS Results Viewer window and return to the Zoom meeting or webinar window.
