This Week's Featured Advertisement: Come Join The Paciello Group Team at CSUN 2019

20 years ago this month I had the pleasure of working my first CSUN Conference. Two decades later, and I couldn't think of a better way for me to celebrate my 20 year CSUN Anniversary than by working alongside, and standing with the most comprehensive, competent group of Digital Accessibility Professionals that this Industry has to offer. I am fortunate to be a part of a team with so such depth of Accessibility know-how.

I'm looking forward to meeting, and reconnecting with those of you planning to attend next week's proceedings in Anaheim, CA. Be it in the Exhibit Hall, during my Presentation, or in our Hospitality Suite, I'm very excited to be making new friends and spending more time with current ones.

Please visit the link below for a list of Paciello Group presentations, and be sure to swing by Booth 409 in the Exhibit Hall to say "Hello"! May your travels be uneventful and safe as you make your way to Anaheim next week!

Greetings,

Yes, this is our 700th issue, dating back to late 2004, and it comes at a most auspicious moment for me personally (Dean Martineau) so we will be taking a short two week hiatus as of today. The next issue of Tidbits will arrive in your inbox on April 4th 2019. I'll be largely off the grid during this time, though I will peruse email.

A tweet from last Christmas Day listed fifteen things that did not exist in the world fifteen years ago, in other words, a year before Tidbits was launched. This list includes iPhone, iPad, Twitter, DropBox, Instagram, Netflix, Streaming, Snapchat, Android, Spotify, Facebook, Android, Uber, Lift, Alexa, AirBnb, App Store, Google Chrome, WhatsApp, Fitbit, Waze, Slack, Square, Hulu, Bitcoin, Kindle, and Venmo. To that list I'll add: HIMS, BARD, NVDA, Subscription JAWS, Fusion, viable Narrator, Chromebook, Victor Stream, and Office 365. A lot has happened, and we won't even address the organizations and services that no longer exist now that existed then. Much to reflect upon as we peruse this, our 700th issue of Tidbits.
