The tests work with a Bluetooth-enabled smartphone app to provide users with audible instructions and test results. Due to very limited supplies when the program began, each order included only two test kits. People were asked to order these tests only if they did not have options for using the traditional kits. Starting July 8th 2022, the program is expanding. People will now receive 12 test kits with each order. All of us here vividly remember the day of the solar eclipse that year, when people who are visually impaired were able to touch the sun with their hands using the device. But through that development process, we learned that we can — and must — do even more. Graphiti would have been used side-by-side with a braille textbook. But now, in partnership with HumanWare, we're developing what we consider the holy grail of Braille: a single tablet device that provides both braille text and tactile graphics, all in one: 7) Fable Launches Online Course PlatformFable, an online platform that connects companies in need of accessibility testers with people with disabilities, has launched Fable Pathways, a free skills development program that shares online courses for people with disabilities, by people with disabilities. This program will occur the second Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. Eastern, starting on August 11. Each Review will last for one hour and will discuss a predetermined topic about a component of BARD usage or a specific BARD product.
