The interview process is expected to take between 45 minutes to one hour to complete. I'm looking for willing participants who are 18 years of age or older, have a level of vision that would be considered low vision or blindness, go online daily or almost daily, and use assistive technology to go online. The purpose of this study is to design a landmark-based navigation system using augmented reality (AR) for people with low vision to help them navigate effectively indoor and outdoor. The only requirements for this study are to be 18 years or older, have low vision, and be able to travel to the UW-Madison campus. The study will take roughly two hours to complete with compensation of 20$/hr and reimbursing up to 30$ of travel expenses.
