1) We can all listen to the presentation given by Mike Calvo of Serotek to the National Federation of the Blind convention.

2) Serotek has introduced a program to run on the Levelstar Ocon or on the Brailleplus which lets users of those devices access movies and media from the System Access Mobile Network and log onto their home computer while using those portable devices.

4) Code Factory has released version 3.60 of Mobile Speak, the screen reader for mobile phones operating under the Symbian operating system. This free upgrade provides support for the third-edition web browser and claims to offer support for many newer phones and some phones which are about to be released.

6) Humanware has released four new video magnifiers in different sizes and configurations. Two are available now, one will become available in a few weeks, and one shortly thereafter.

7) Humanware has also announced the release of Trekker maps 3.1 and Map Manager 2.0 for use with the Trekker GPS system. Free map upgrades are available through the end of July.
