JAWS for Windows Tips.

Turning off "Refresh Page Automatically" in the quick settings saves time. It keeps pages you interact with in Google Chrome from repositioning the cursor at the top of the page each time you select certain elements.

To turn it off:

1. Open Chrome.

2. Press INSERT+V to open JAWS Quick Settings.

3. Type “refresh” in the search box, then press DOWN ARROW twice to locate the Page Refresh option under General Options Personalize Web Settings.

4. Press SPACE to navigate through the settings for this option until you locate "off."

5. Press TAB to ok and press ENTER to save your changes.
