JAWS for Windows Tips.

ZoomText has a cool feature called Background Reader that allows you to select text and have ZoomText read it to you while you do other things. The latest ZoomText 2021 April release has simplified the process:

• Select text.

• Press CAPSLOCK+CTRL+B.

• Sit back and listen.

• Feel free to type documents, browse the web, eat lunch and just about anything.

It is that easy.

Note: ZoomText speech will be disabled until it is finished reading or until you press CTRL.
